“SHEGA GROUP” S.A. is an international transport company with a 100% Albanian capital, established on 04 July 2000. Our services include two main fields of transport of goods, road and maritime transport. WE can offer service in international freight, forwarding, and container service and also customs broker service and in road transport in Europe and in container lines worldwide. SHEGA-GROUP S.A., is biggest company in Albania and one of the biggest in the region of Balkans. Our fleet is about 30 trucks EURO1 and 2, 30 tilt trailers Euro 2 and 3 and 32 platforms also 3 container vessels.

“SHEGA-GROUP” S.A. Company is organized in 4 main departments with 70 specialized workers and 40 sailors. Our head office is based in Tirana, Albania and we have other branch office in the Tirana-Durres highway, Greece, China, Kosovo and we are looking forward to open a new one in Trieste(IT) and Koper(SL).

We have also a wonderful cooperation with:
MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company), MAERSK LINE, ZIM ISRAEL LINE, CHINA SHIPPING LINE… and also at road transport with FOR-TRANS; STANTE LOGISTIC; KOCANLAR of Istanbul, Turkey. And are registered in TIMOCOM, etc.

The Activity

“SHEGA-GROUP” S.A. is one of the first Albanian companies for the transport of the containers and the biggest company for container transport from Far East and America nowadays. In our propriety are 3 vessels. “DEA”,”ESTER I”and “MARIA S.”. At the very beginning, year 2000, the capacity of the container transport was 30-40 TEUS per month. Currently, thanks to the hard work of the company’s staff and the ongoing investments, this capacity has reached an average of 500-700 TEU-ss per month and according to the numbers, we expect a further increase of the capacity. We have our branch office in Athens and Thessalonica, Greece, representative office Ningbo, China and we also foresee further increasing in the future, because of the growth of the demand of new clients from China and America. Another side of work is dealing also with road transport in Europe for the different clients. We have been dealing with all over Europe regarding loading of goods with an average of 150-200 loadings per month. Our trucks are all Euro 1 up to EURO 3 and during the travel they are supervise 24 hours from the central office in Tirana.
